Open Evening - Darwen Aldridge Enterprise Studio

The Darwen Aldridge Enterprise Studio  is having an open evening this Wednesday between 6pm and 8pm. I would be most grateful if you could pass this information onto any of your year 11 students who want to follow A Levels/Btecs in Business (and related subjects) or Creative Digital Media courses next year.

We are currently based in the Darwen Aldridge Community Academy on Suddel Road, Darwen, which is where the open evening will be held on Wednesday 25^th September. The plans for the new building due to open in Sept 2014 will also be on display.

 

We would be delighted if your students and/or staff would be able to come along.

Looking for a career in Medicine?

Salford College Pre-Med, Science and Psychology Societies are holding their next event: Staying Alive on Wednesday 23^rd October from 5.30pm–8pm 

This event is open to pupils in years 10-11 who are interested in a career in health science: Clinical Psychology, Medicine, Dentistry  Physiotherapy, Prosthetics & Orthotics,  Speech & Language Therapy and Radiography.

This event is free; however our last session booked up very quickly and places are allocated in order of replies received so please ask them to reply early to guarantee their place.
